Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee LPN license, BLS certification, and has experience with phlebotomy, injections, and vital signs. Duties include patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in Tennessee.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assess patients' general condition.
• Assist provider with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications per provider orders and policies.
• Triages patient calls and coordinates appointments.
