Covenant Health seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional clinical care in an outpatient setting under supervision of the physician and office manager.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, phlebotomy, injections, medication administration, triage calls, and patient education. Tennessee LPN licensure and BLS are required; endoscopy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Tennessee is required and BLS is mandatory.
• Experience with endoscopy is preferred.
• Ability to provide patient education and support.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition, take vitals, and record data accurately.
• Assist provider with examinations and procedures including phlebotomy, injections, suturing.
• Administer medications per orders and document administration.
• Instruct and train staff as applicable; ensure patient privacy and comfort using AIDET.
• Triages patient calls and prioritizes appointments.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure accurate medical records.
