Job summary

Fundamental in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team. Shifts are 12 hours, 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with both full-time and part-time options available.

The LPN will deliver patient care, collect data, and communicate observations, while occasionally directing and supervising other nursing staff. A valid LPN license in good standing and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients under the Nurse Practice Act, guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Collects patient data, makes observations and reports pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff as needed
