Inova Pulmonology invites a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 to join the team in a full-time day position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. The role is based at 8260 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Fairfax, VA.

Qualifications

• Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates referrals for chronic care and follow-up per care plan.
• Administers prescribed oral and intramuscular medications and therapies under physician supervision.
• Communicates with healthcare team, patients and families; supports team goals and assigns tasks to care staff.
• Maintains and reviews patient medical records and documents all care activities.
