Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history, vital signs, and assist provider.
• Provide direct clinical care as directed; assist in minor procedures.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens; maintain safety and hygiene.
• Administer medications and vaccines as scoped.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure asepsis.
