Geisinger Wyoming Valley Outpatient Specialty Center seeks dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our outpatient clinics. New and experienced LPNs are welcome, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a supportive, team-oriented ambulatory care environment.

The role focuses on clinical support, patient care, documentation, and coordination with providers to ensure accurate data, timely testing, and safe medication administration in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program‑Nursing (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical support to the provider, patient, and family.
• Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion and proper filing.
• Assist provider in minor surgical procedures and ancillary diagnostics.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
• Administer medications and vaccines per scope of practice.
• Maintain clean exam and treatment rooms between patients.
