Geisinger is seeking an Outpatient Clinic LPN to join our ambulatory care teams. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have an nursing credential, BLS, and a commitment to teamwork in a supportive, community-based clinic environment. Comprehensive benefits begin day one in a full-time role with scheduled 40 hours weekly, dayshift.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification required; LPN license.
• Licensed Practical Nurse credential required to practice.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and document patient history, chief complaint, vital signs, and provide data base for provider.
• Provide direct clinical care as directed by the provider.
• Assist provider in minor procedures and diagnostic exams to facilitate accurate diagnosis.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens and paperwork to expedite studies.
• Administer medications and vaccines per scope of practice under provider supervision.
