Salisbury Behavioral Health is seeking a Fee-for-Service Mental Health Professional (Licensed Clinical Therapist) for our outpatient program in Bethlehem, PA. The therapist will primarily work within our outpatient program located within the schools of the Catasauqua Area School District, with availability for evening and/or Saturday hours at our Bethlehem offices.

The Mental Health Professional is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery. They will provide individual and group therapy to children and their families as needed, working to improve overall mental health.

Position Overview: The role involves assessment, treatment planning, delivering therapy, and collaborating with families, schools, and other providers to ensure quality care and program growth. The position is part-time, offering $32-$34 per hour.

Requirements:

• Master’s Level Therapist (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania)
• Graduate degree with field placement in psychology or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience working with children and families in outpatient settings

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy within school-based outpatient services
• Maintaining compliance with CASSP principles and cultural competence standards
• Adhering to Medicaid and Managed Care regulations
• Communicating effectively with families, schools, referral sources, and other providers
• Completing assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and participating in staff training
• Supporting program growth and participating in audits and credentialing processes
