As a newly trained agent with Global Financial Impact (GFI), no experience is necessary. You will receive training and mentorship, obtain a life/health license in your state, and position yourself to serve others while earning income.

This position is fully remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those looking to supplement their income.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training through the company.

We seek motivated, competent, capable, and committed business partners to become financial professionals and serve client needs.

MANDATORY : Clean background (No Felonies), US Social Security Number, reside in the US.

We offer 3 work effort options:

1. Full Time

2. Part Time

• You can maintain your current job while working with us in any of these options.

Most new agents start as referrals or part-time (8-15 hours weekly) before transitioning to full-time. We work with 25+ A-rated companies focused on financial literacy for underserved markets.

Salary :

Agents' earnings depend on effort and ambition. Many start part-time, generating significant side income that can grow into a six-figure income.

Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually

100% - 1099, performance-based pay with no caps.

Experience

No financial experience needed initially; training is hands-on. Prior experience in:

• Leadership / Management
• Public Speaking

Opportunity Description

• Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
• Assist families, individuals, and business owners in gaining financial advantages like:

1. Asset / Fund protection

2. Legacy building

3. Index strategies

4. Debt management

5. Estate planning with our legal team

• 1099 position with a performance-based model

Work Schedule:

1. Part Time - 6-15 hours weekly, flexible

2. Leads are generated via 3 tiers: Hot, Warm, Cold, using ETHOS as a tool.

3. Remote work via Zoom.

4. Assigned a Field Trainer for guidance on prospecting and client engagement.

5. Daily training sessions to develop your business.

Requirements:

• Background check (No Felonies)
• US Social Security Number
• Reside in the US, Puerto Rico, or Canada during initial process
• Age 18+ (Federal requirement)

Job Type : Part-time

• Includes bonuses, renewal commissions, stock options, profit sharing, etc.
• Free training (15 sessions weekly)
• Own your book of business, with agency ownership and equity options.
• Uncapped, performance-based pay; commissions can vary from $2,000 to $10,000 per client.
• Paid 8-9 times monthly.
