Job summary

Inova Primary Care Sudley Road is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team for a full-time evening schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards.
• Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees.
• Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
• License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
