Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. This 100% outpatient role operates Monday through Friday within a large primary care center that includes Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Pediatrics, with on-site lab and radiology.

The team-based care model features collaboration with APPs, nursing staff, medical assistants, social workers, behavioral health counselors and pharmacists to support patient care.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Family Medicine physician
• Ability to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
• Outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based center

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care, Monday–Friday in Champaign, IL
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, medical assistants and on-site pharmacists and social worker
• Participate in teaching Family Medicine residents and medical students
• Moonlight in Convenient Care and precept medical student evening clinic; participate in community health outreach
