Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. This 100% outpatient role uses an EMR with both in-person and virtual visit options, in a full-time setup within a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model.

You'll work with a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and dedicated support staff in a team-based care environment. Teaching opportunities exist through Carle Foundation Hospital's residency program and affiliations,

• BE/BC Internal Medicine board certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in-person and virtual visits.
• Call is phone only with support from Nurse and group coverage.
