Job summary

You will join a team led by one physician, have no on-call duties, and provide outpatient services with access to supportive staff.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed from Kansas Board of Nursing before hire date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, including effective discharge planning.
• Drive quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements.
