Job summary

Ascension's K+Stat Urgent Care in Manhattan, KS is seeking a qualified clinician to join an established urgent care team. You will evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast-paced setting, with access to onsite imaging and labs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree of Nursing is required.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire.
• Kansas Board of Nursing NP licensure/certification required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries in urgent care.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests including X-rays and labs.
• Provide procedures such as wound repair, splinting, incision & drainage, foreign body removal.
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
