Job summary

Pennsylvania Psychological Association in New Roads, LA is seeking a Behavioral Health clinician (LCSW preferred) for an integrated outpatient role. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with real-time warm handoffs from medical providers and a mix of traditional counseling and brief interventions.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM on-site with no remote work. Compensation starts at $68,000 with up to $78,000 plus bonus opportunities; sign-on/relocation up to $5k–$10k.

Qualifications

• LCSW strongly preferred; LPC/LMFT/newly licensed considered for fit.
• Must have an individual NPI number and correct taxonomy code.
• Experience treating across lifespan; poly-substance use disorders.
• CBT/DBT/EMDR experience valued; willingness to supervise LMSWs/PLPCs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient integrated care with warm handoffs from medical providers.
• Deliver counseling including brief, in-the-moment interventions.
• Collaborate with two Psych NPs and Behavioral Health Director.
• Document using eClinicalWorks EMR and manage intake.
