Job summary

Curative in New Roads, LA seeks an experienced Behavioral Health clinician (LCSW preferred) to join an integrated outpatient team where behavioral health is part of the medical visit.

You will work alongside two Psych NPs and a Behavioral Health Director, provide brief interventions, and use eClinicalWorks for screening and documentation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM on-site with a base salary of $68,000–$78,000 plus bonuses and a sign-on/relocation package.

Qualifications

• LCSW strongly preferred; LPC/LMFT considered depending on fit.
• Must have an individual NPI number and correct taxonomy code.
• Comfort treating across the lifespan (pediatrics–geriatrics) and addressing poly-substance use disorders.
• CBT/DBT/EMDR experience valued; ability to supervise LMSWs/PLPCs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services integrated into medical visits.
• Deliver brief, in-the-moment interventions.
• Collaborate with two Psych NPs and Behavioral Health Director.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for screening and documentation.
