Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience after Master's in outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and documentation compliant with regulations.
