RN (Outpatient Infusion Nurse)

We are seeking dedicated nurses who prioritize patient healing and value schedule stability. Join Serenity Healthcare's upscale outpatient clinical environment, supported by a large team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. Our facility offers low patient ratios, a stable schedule promoting work/life balance, paid time off including major holidays, and more!

Trigger Warning: This role involves engaging with patients who have experienced significant trauma and may be struggling with suicidal thoughts. Support them on their healing journey. This aspect may be triggering for some candidates.

Position Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates ranging from $32 to $37/hr
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Most shifts with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (90% of premiums covered by Serenity)

Responsibilities:

• Administer Ketamine IV treatments to patients
• Educate patients on health maintenance and address medication questions
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Educate patients about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license (Required)
• Proficiency in IV administration (Required)
• 1-5 years of RN experience preferred
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to varying situations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
