Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in Michigan.
• BSN must be obtained within 8 years of hire date.
• BLS certification required; other critical care certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care delivery using the nursing process across length of stay.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Communicate patient status and resource needs during each tour of duty.
• Maintain documentation of patient response to care and outcomes.
• Demonstrate competencies specific to population served.
