Bronson Cancer Center in Kalamazoo is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Chemotherapy Infusion (64 hours per pay period, Monday–Friday). The RN will manage care for oncology patients under supervision, coordinating with the care team and ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety. A BSN is preferred and required within 8 years for some hires.

Qualified candidates must hold MI RN licensure, BLS, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cancer care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred and must be obtained within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Michigan.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., CCN/ACLS) may be required for some areas.

• Manage care delivery for patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, diagnosing, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with other professionals and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
• Document patient responses, resource use, and needs during each tour of duty and ensure timely discharge.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and policies.
• Evaluate progress toward outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed.
