Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Medical Director specializing in Infectious Disease for an outpatient clinic in Naples, FL. The physician will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires board-certified Infectious Disease expertise, active MD/DO license, and DEA/Furnishing licenses. Outpatient experience and ability to see 14–18 patients daily are essential.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with active medical license in the state.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Complete same-day or within 72-hour documentation and E/M coding.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily.
• Support patient retention with retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs/NPs) including chart audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive protected admin time (4 hours/week).
