Job summary

Henderson Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Medical Director who is an Infectious Disease Physician for our outpatient facility. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

This role requires an MD or DO with active license and board certification; outpatient experience; ability to see 14–18 patients per day; on-site with no nights or weekends; compensation includes base salary of $250,000–$290,000 plus bonuses and benefits, with relocation support

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Complete same-day documentation or within 72 hours with proper billing codes.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive protected administrative time.
