Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks a Medical Director (Infectious Disease) for an outpatient clinic in Naples, FL. This is an on-site, direct-hire role with no night or weekend shifts.

The position includes a base salary range of $250,000–$290,000 with productivity bonuses, sign-on and retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect to see 14–18 patients per day. Requirements include MD/DO with an active license, valid DEA and Furnishing license, outpatient experience, and CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license in the applicable state.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Capacity to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported setting.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality outpatient care for infectious disease and related conditions.
• Meet productivity standards while collaborating with care teams.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Monitor chronic and acute care needs, including prevention and wellness.
• Supervise PAs/NPs with chart reviews as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Allocate 4 hours per week of protected administrative time.
