Qualifications

• Must be certified as an NP (FNP/ANP/ACNP) or PA with NCCPA.
• Minnesota RN license or PA licensure as applicable.
• DEA registration eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage adult patients with bleeding and clotting disorders in Outpatient Hematology.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and radiologic studies; provide diagnoses and prognoses.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans; provide recommendations to referring providers.
• Educate and mentor students, fellows, and staff; participate in quality improvement and research.
