Select Medical’s NovaCare Rehabilitation in Clarksville, MD seeks a full-time Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist to treat upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, and post-op fractures. 32–40 hours weekly, some evenings, no weekends.

Compensation $90,000–$110,000 with bonus up to $20,000 and student loan repayment support. 2–3 years hand therapy experience preferred; CHT not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy.
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
• National registration and state licensure or registration required.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, plan of care, treat, re-evaluate, discharge and communicate high-quality hand therapy services.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients; expand client relations.
• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and use Evidence Based Practice.

Location: NovaCare in Clarksville, Maryland

Position: Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Schedule: Full-time, 32- 40 hours

Compensation: $90,000 - $110, 000

Incentives: Bonus up to $20,000 available and indefinite student loan repayment help

NovaCare River Hill (MD) seeks a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational Therapist to treat upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a skilled hand therapist experienced in custom splinting. The Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the resources you need for success. CHT credentials are not required for consideration. You must have at least 2-3 years of prior hand therapy experience and be comfortable working as a solo hand therapist within our Clarksville, Maryland, outpatient center.

Your full-time schedule will include some evenings, and we can be flexible with this salaried 32-40-hour workweek. No weekends!
