Qualifications

• RN/BSN license may be required due to staffing model and grant specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a unit/department to meet scorecard goals and objectives.
• Organize, manage and allocate resources for optimal service performance.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure adequate coverage and effective team building.
• Direct staff and provide problem-solving for process improvements.
• Maintain high performance standards and foster collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality patient-centered services and effective communication with stakeholders.
