Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN or ADN with recent nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in Georgia; BLS and ACLS certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt care using AACN Synergy Model.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and communicates clearly.
• Assists in orienting staff and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
• Maintains documentation in electronic and physical records.
