Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program and Georgia licensure.
• 12 months of nursing experience in the past five years or recent RN re-entry program.
• ADN with minimum 2 years of nursing experience in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document care.
• Develop and implement care plans with patient/family input.
• Document care in electronic and physical records.
• Identify patient learning needs and provide resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Lead or participate in unit projects and quality initiatives.
• Orient staff and students where needed.
• Continuously apply the Synergy Model for Care in practice.
