Job summary

DaVita in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join an outpatient care team. You will analyze lab data and educate patients and families on dietary changes to support kidney care goals.

Responsibilities include building lasting patient relationships and collaborating with a supportive team, with opportunities for travel between facilities. Requires licensure, a BS in Nutrition/Dietetics, and CARD proficiency.

Qualifications

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and families in outpatient care
