Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program, focusing on hemodialysis care, patient assessment, and education. You will work under supervision to deliver clinically competent care and coordinate activities for an assigned group of patients.

The role involves collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, with mandatory RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and prior nephrology exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification required.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential functions under supervision of Supervisor and Educator.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery.
