Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current state licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Entry level RN with CAP2 pathway; nephrology experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Coordinate education for patients and families on treatment options.
• Lead and mentor staff; collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians.
• Document in patient medical records and ensure safety and quality standards.
