Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level RN for the Outpatient CAP 1 designation within our Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group, with guidance from the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient data during hemodialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with health care team for safe hemodialysis delivery.

Skills

Hemodialysis experience (preferred)

Entry level RN (<2 years)

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current state licensure

CPR/BLS certification
