Job summary

The Registered Nurse will provide ambulatory care in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, with a primary assignment in Pulmonary Hypertension, collaborating with the care team to deliver efficient face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient care.

The RN must hold a current RN license, have at least one year of RN experience, and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and computer skills with EMR systems. TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program; RN license required.
• One year RN experience required.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS required; state licensure/Certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ambulatory patients in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics.
• Coordinate nursing care and patient education; ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver efficient, comprehensive care.
• Document patient interactions in the medical record.
• Demonstrate leadership and participate in quality improvement activities.
