Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN/CCNE/NLN-CNEA-recognized nursing program.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license; BLS valid for 90 days post start.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care to patients in Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics (Pulmonary Hypertension focus).
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient care and education.
• Coordinate nursing care, patient education, and transitions of care.
• Demonstrate leadership within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Document patient interactions in the EMR and follow care protocols to streamline processes.
