Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to care for ambulatory patients in the Pulmonary Hypertension area within the Division of Circulatory Failure. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, education, and documentation in the EMR.

This role requires a valid RN license, cardiology experience preferred, and flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs. TN sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• BLS must be valid for 90 days post start date; multiple accepted certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ambulatory patients in Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, with Pulmonary Hypertension focus.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient care and education.
• Document patient interactions in the EMR and support transitions of care.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement activities within the unit.
