Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for ambulatory care in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, with a primary assignment in Pulmonary Hypertension. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and education, both in person and remotely when appropriate.

The role requires one year of RN experience, BSN or equivalent nursing degree, and current RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• TN sponsorship eligibility with VisaScreen or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care to patients in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, primarily Pulmonary Hypertension.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient care and education.
• Document patient interactions in the electronic record and coordinate ongoing care management.
• Lead and participate in professional practice activities, mentoring, and quality improvement.
• Ensure licensure and certifications are current prior to start date.
