Job summary

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or allied health field is required.
• Independent (LCSW or LPC) in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of quality care with collaboration and documentation.
• Provide referrals for higher levels of care as needed.
• Advocate for clients to coordinate services or crisis support.
• Document all clinical content per agency requirements.
• Review client progress quarterly and update treatment plans.
• Provide telehealth services to other SaVida Vermont locations as needed.
