Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or allied health field is required.
• Licensed independence (LCSW or LPC) in good standing is required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health counseling is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of quality care via documentation/communication with collaborative providers.
• Provide referrals for alternative levels of care as needed.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate required services in crises.
• Document all clinical content per agency requirements.
• Review client progress quarterly and update treatment plans.
