Responsibilities

• Determine patients’ treatment needs under OT supervision.
• Provide patient treatment and services as prescribed by OT.
• Record evaluations, daily notes, re-assessments, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in discharge planning and family education.
• Educate patient families and caregivers on treatment and maintenance programs.
• Communicate with supervisor and rehab team about progress and prognosis.
