Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our team across California.

We offer flexible per-diem, full-time, and part-time schedules up to 40 hours per week in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You'll evaluate and implement treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active CA COTA license or eligibility to obtain CA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and wellness.
