Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is optional, but preferred.
• Highly proficient software skills to streamline administrative operations and enhance patient care.
• Willingness to participate in local community events.
• Proficiency with healthcare software like NetHealth and PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective referral sources through face-to-face meetings.
• Identify and market to local primary and specialty physicians for outpatient therapy needs.
• Coordinate community events and marketing campaigns with the Director of Rehab.
• Manage outpatient therapy schedule to maintain POC and coordinate with therapists on missed visits.
• Handle administrative duties including marketing and outpatient record keeping.
