Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a medical coder to assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient visits, leveraging technical coding expertise.

You will review medical records, interpret documentation to select diagnoses and procedures, and send physician queries when needed to ensure accuracy. You will also resolve NCCI edits with approved modifiers.
