Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient information, prepare examination rooms, assist with patient preparation, perform procedures such as EKGs and wound dressings, and support minor surgical procedures.
• Administer medications and complete tests per provider instructions, collect laboratory specimens, and perform phlebotomy.
• Conduct administrative tasks including scheduling, filing reports, following up on documentation, and managing billing inquiries.
• Facilitate patient communication, reinforce education, and support infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and support new staff orientation.
