Geisinger Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Steamtown is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the outpatient team. You will provide direct patient care, support physicians, and help manage the flow of patients in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate is CMA or RMA certified, has completed an approved Medical Assistant program, and holds HS diploma or GED. The role involves EKGs, wound care support, phlebotomy, and routine clinical duties in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualificações

• CMA or RMA certification is required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support in outpatient settings.
• Prepare patients, collect vitals and relevant information, and assist with procedures.

• Assist with exams, minor procedures, and medication administration per policy.
