Job summary

Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Certified by NHA, AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, AAH, or AMCA.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and clinical support to providers in ambulatory settings.
• Documents in the EMR and supports scheduling, billing inquiries, and referrals.
• Maintains patient safety, infection control, and exam room readiness.
