Peak View Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to assist the Director with daily operations, planning, and evaluation of clinical care systems to improve client health outcomes. This onsite role leads the clinical department in the Director’s absence and provides supervision to clinical staff, guiding program delivery and treatment planning.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• Three or more years of experience as a licensed social worker, counselor or therapist required.

Responsabilidades

• Review progress, quality and effectiveness of clinical programs via live observations and chart audits.
• Implement and monitor the clinical unit program schedule.
• Provide guidance to direct care staff to ensure treatment delivery aligns with individual plans.
• Collaborate with department and corporate leaders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
• Coach staff through hiring, orientation, performance assessments and engagement.
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision as a subject matter expert.
