Job summary

Peak Behavioral Health in Las Cruces, NM seeks an Outpatient Director- Behavioral Health to oversee day-to-day outpatient operations, lead psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies, and treatment plans, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement and disparities initiatives in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical, psychology, or social services required.
• Four+ years as a licensed therapist preferred in PHP/IOP/OP settings.
• State licensure required with potential for independent practice and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and oversees outpatient services and schedules.
• supervises outpatient staff and ensures compliant treatment planning.
• Reviews charts and discharge planning for quality and safety.
• Identifies disparities and collaborates on improvement initiatives.
