Job summary

Peak View Behavioral Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to assist the department Director with day-to-day operations, care system planning, and clinical outcomes.

The role leads counseling programs, supervises staff, ensures compliance with standards, and supports scheduling, documentation, and training. A Master’s in SW/Counseling/Psychology and licensed clinician status are required. This onsite role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology required.
• Three+ years of licensed social worker, counselor or therapist experience.
• Current and valid state licensure for independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical department Director with management and oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Plan, implement and evaluate clinical care systems and patient outcomes.
• Lead counseling programs including psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, groups, family and individual therapies.
• Develop, implement and review Treatment Plans and supervise staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
