Blue Kite Wellness seeks an Outpatient Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and daily oversight at our Chicago outpatient location. You will balance a direct clinical caseload with staff supervision, quality oversight, and site operations to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

You will lead a team of clinicians and interns, coordinate workflow, and drive site growth while maintaining strong relationships with internal departments.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• At least three years of progressively responsible outpatient behavioral health experience.
• Ability to supervise clinicians and interns while maintaining a caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists and interns.
• Support staff with complex cases, crises, and treatment planning.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, medical necessity, and compliance.
• Lead on-site clinical and day-to-day operations at the location.
• Coordinate daily site workflow and address clinical, operational, and safety concerns.
• Support onboarding and professional development of clinicians and interns.
• Monitor provider utilization, caseload growth, and site capacity goals.
• Participate in recruitment, evaluations, and performance coaching.
• Assist with local marketing, referrals, and site growth.
