Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Oklahoma clinical license appropriate to the facility's certified services.
• Credentials may include LADC, LCSW, LPC, or other Oklahoma-accepted credentials.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health.
• Ability to oversee clinical programming, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming and the delivery of substance use disorder treatment services.
• Establish and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.
• Oversee client assessments, treatment plans, progress reviews, discharge planning, and continuing-care coordination.
• Ensure trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented approaches.
• Coordinate with nursing and other providers for client needs and continuity of care.
• Develop a structured therapeutic environment that promotes safety and sustainable recovery.
